East Gourmet Chinese Super Buffet in McAlester

Great place... Especially if u like a buffet.... Good variety

Called in order of large shrimp fried rice and large egg drop soup. Gentleman taking order over phn was very rude and disrespectful. Not only did he get my order wrong after me repeating it and asking him read it back to me but hung up on me when I decided to add and he hung up while I was talking. The shrimp fried rice looks like it was takin off buffet line and only had 5 cold shrimp on top like they threw cocktail shrimp in it. Way over priced for quality and quantity for carry out.

Nothing special about this place just to expensive for lunch buffet with a water was nearly $10 dollars

This place was TERRIBLE! AND THE STAFF WERE ALL SUPER RUDE! The only good thing at this buffet was the fruit.

Waitress took my drink for a refill then gathered two others from a nearby table and had the cups all pressed together touching rims. When it was brought back I had no idea if it was even my cup because they were all the same color and filled with water. Cashier shorted my change. Done eating here never leave happy.

Food is good. I always leave full, prices are very reasonable (cheap for a buffet) drinks are a little less than 2$ . Its a little rushed but the people are nice none the less. Clean place clean bathrooms too.

Food is normally good, friendly waitresses, good service. The guy at the register is short, hateful and acts like he wishes we would never come back. He even told me once he didn't care if I ever ate here again.

Service was good. The staff was very polite. The food is terrible. I went there for the first and last time tonight. I was incredibly hungry, tried almost everything, and wasn't impressed with anything I ate at this restaurant. It was a clean restaurant, but the is not very good. I do not recommend it.

Kinda expensive considering the buffet isn't that great, but if you go in around 6 fresh food is out. We still go every once in awhile , but just haven't been to happy with the buffet

Food used to be alot better and for so reason for 2 kids and 3buffetts caused over 60$ thats way to much everytime we go in there prices change it seems as if certain people get charged more i wont be coming back for awhile. Taco bobs would of been less if your on a budget be careful

The food was good, service was great, but for the price I thought the buffet needed to have more options. However, the quality of the food that I had was very good.

Food was gross. It’s overpriced for what they served. Three of us went and walked away very disappointed. It was recommended from our hotel staff and I believe it’s because it’s all you can eat. I do no enjoy quantity over quality. And I assumed the staff here at the hotel Will eat there or quantity over quality.I will never go there again when I come back into McAlester for visiting. Serving staff was very nice and very attentive but the food was awful

Very solid! A variety of things to choose from, and everything I have tried has been fantastic. My all time favorite dish from here is the bourbon chicken.

Was traveling to Texas stopped and ate. Food was not that great. Later that night at motel in Texas whole family ended up sick with diarrhea

Went in at approximately 9 p.m. (they close at 10 p.m.) the food had been sitting in the pans so long it was hard and inedible. The Dr. Pepper tasted like dirty dishwater and the whole time we were eating the staff was giving us dirty looks. I expressed my extreme displeasure to the man that works at the register and he looked sheepish as he took our $44, but accepted it he did. I allowed my anger to get the best of me and went ahead and told him "I can not believe you're actually going to take our money for this pitiful meal". Hanging his head in shame was his only response. Upon walking out to our vehicle my wife noticed all the employees staring and laughing at us so she went back in and the man at the register reluctantly after argument returned $15 to us. I would highly recommend everyone stay away from this place. It is horrible. We will never let our shadows fall upon their doorways again. Good riddance.

First time here. The service was so so. Not bad but I had a piece of honey chicken and thought it tasted spoiled, thought it was just me but sure enough I was puking all night. Sad to say I won't be going back.

Overly priced and food was old. Not overly so but old enough.

They were friendly to us but they were trying to close 2 hours early and were rude to the people coming in. They were turning the light off above us while eating. They kept plenty of food on the buffet. They also offered to put fresh food of our choice out too. Most of the food was old and had been setting out that day.

Love this place! They've been great for years and it only tastes better! The staff always makes sure we are happy and they are very polite. The food is always hot and fresh. Its a great dine in place!

If you enjoy Chinese gourmet, then prepare yourself for the best Oriental dining experience in Oklahoma!! Absolutely delicious, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Pricing may be considered a tad steep, yet worth every penny as far as I'm concerned (note that I live on a very modest income) must try, it's a real treat!

Every dish I tried was overcooked or dried out. 35 bucks for me my 3 year old and 7 year old and wife. If the food had been even decent I'd have been good at that. Others filled a few plates and I thought dang is there no other Chinese food so this is what passes as good Chinese. In Tulsa this place would be run out of business too many good options. Anyhow I don't make it often to Mcalister but I'll never return here ..

Very good selection. They don't devein their peel and eat shrimp. Some selections were just barely warm. What I did eat was tasty.
